Chief Operating Officer
As COO of Harbour IT Josh is a key member of the executive team responsible for the overall profitability, operations, governance and compliance of Harbour IT. Josh’s role is pivotal in ensuring the financial success and direction of Harbour IT within the Canon Group.
General Manager, Managed Services
As General Manager of Managed Services Sop is responsible for the strategy, design and delivery management of Harbour IT’s suite of End User and Infrastructure Services. Sop has been instrumental in the growth and development of Harbour IT’s managed services business including building and managing Harbour IT’s Service Desk operations and IT Offshoring business in the Philippines.
General Manager, Sales and Professional Services
As General Manager of Sales and Professional services, Steve is responsible for the national sales and delivery of Harbour IT’s suite of services including Cloud, Managed Services, Professional Services and Procurement. Steve leads Harbour IT’s state-based branches with a customer-first approach ensuring exceptional customer service and outcomes are achieved while driving business growth for Harbour IT.
