Harbour IT follows those corporate governance principles recommended by the ASX that are applicable to private companies, namely:

In addition Harbour IT endeavours to:
- Embrace the corporate governance principles and practices it considers to be best practice internationally
- Be an ‘early adopter’, where appropriate, by complying before a published law or recommendation takes effect
A series of risk management processes are in place.
Human Rights
Harbour IT supports all 30 articles of the UN declaration of Human Rights including the commitment to equal pay for equal work, gender equality, fair remuneration and free association. The company commits to never utilising child labour or forced labour.
We actively encourage workforce diversity, and employ people from over 20 nationalities. Across our Company we currently have a 36% female staff ratio, compared to 28% in the broader IT workforce (according to The Australian Computer Society).
