Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Luke is responsible for the overall strategy, management and ultimately the success of Harbour IT. Luke joined us from our parent company, Canon. As the CIO of Canon Australia and a member of the regional Senior Leadership Team, he led the definition and delivery of Canon’s technology capability and delivery. We’re excited to have the benefit of Luke’s flawless track record in business transformation and exceptional leadership qualities in the Harbour IT family.
Chief Operating Officer
Josh is a key member of the executive leadership team and, as COO, is responsible for Harbour IT’s overall profitability, operations, commercial negotiations, governance and compliance. Josh plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success and direction of Harbour IT.
General Manager, Managed Services
Raj is responsible for the operational delivery of IT Managed Services to Harbour IT Customers. With over 20 years of experience in the IT Services Industry, of which 14 years have been in leadership positions Raj plays an important role in the delivery of services within the Managed Services portfolio, including Infrastructure Support, End-User Support as well as Cloud and Network Services. Raj brings together passion and energy to turnaround staff engagement, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
General Manager, Sales
Lawrence is responsible for the development and execution of Harbour IT’s national sales strategy. In his position of General Manager, Sales, Lawrence manages Harbour IT’s sales and pre-sales teams. Lawrence also manages our vendor relations and strategic partnerships. Together, these roles allow Lawrence to deliver a high-performing sales culture, with a customer-first approach that ensures we deliver exceptional business and technical outcomes for all our customers.
Country Manager, Philippines
Daniel leads our offshore support operation in the Philippines. He works tirelessly with our team to ensure the highest standard of customer service delivery. Daniel encourages a progressive and supportive culture that drives our team to be highly engaged and committed to deliver caring and highly professional support services.
