Join our RE:IMAGINE EFFICIENCY customer immersion event. We’ll take a deep dive into Scope’s journey to more efficiently support thousands of staff and customers in their transition to remote working.
We’ll have an in-depth discussion with Tate Morgan, ICT Manager from Scope about how, in partnership with Harbour IT, the organisation developed a simple and cost-effective approach to increasing their IT capacity when COVID-19 hit. This was critical to ensuring a seamless and rapid transition of thousands of staff to work from home.
We’ll talk about how this ensured that Scope’s customer base continued to have access to the services they need at a critical time, as well as how the combination of procurement, professional services and managed services delivered a highly tangible ROI at a time when business continuity was critical.
The immersion session will also include discussion of the RE:IMAGINE report by independent research agency, ADAPT, which surveys and analyses over 200 ANZ IT and business leaders, focusing on insights into efficiency and optimisation. We’ll share thoughts on how IT professionals can efficiently navigate change and build a simplified and secure IT strategy as part of their digital transformation projects.
Tate has been ICT Manager for Scope for more than two years. Prior to this he worked in ICT within the legal sector. Tate is a solution-oriented IT Infrastructure leader with demonstrated success in balancing business-as-usual operations with the design, development, and implementation of complex programs of work.
Head of Cloud Services
As Head of Cloud, Ricki is responsible for maintaining, building, and development of the existing Harbour IT CloudMetro and vCloud environments and our hybrid and public cloud offerings. Ricki has a wealth of technical knowledge from his background as an engineer and an architect. He also has seven years’ experience within Harbour IT, which gives him a great insight into our customers and our markets.
